The Le’Spa Anti-Cellulite Treatment

Four stages, three products and about an hour and a half — the professional treatment for visibly smoother, firmer-looking skin, step by step.

The Le’Spa anti-cellulite treatment is made up of several stages, each with its own product. Every stage can be performed on its own, but the best result comes from the full treatment in the right order: the massage lasts 40–45 minutes in total, and about an hour and a half with the firming mask.

It is built around three products from the professional line: the warming anti-cellulite gel, which warms and boosts circulation, the anti-cellulite cream with its draining, deeply penetrating action, and the body scrub, which prepares the skin. The treatment was created for beauty salons, but it can also be done at home — with a little more time and patience.

    Scrub

    5–10 min

    Remove dead skin cells from the areas to be treated — with the Le’Spa body scrub, or with a dry scrub using a coarse exfoliating mitt. This helps the active ingredients of the following stages penetrate more easily.

    Warming gel

    10–15 min

    Work the warming anti-cellulite gel into the problem areas with brisk massage movements. The warmth boosts circulation — the skin turns pink, and this is normal; the redness fades in about 10 minutes.

  3. Le’Spa anti-cellulite cream, 500 ml, with almonds and beeswax

    Gel and cream

    10–15 min

    Mix equal parts of the gel and the anti-cellulite cream and continue the massage. The cream has a draining, deeply penetrating action and helps the active ingredients of both products work together.

    Cream

    10–15 min

    Finish the massage with the anti-cellulite cream alone, until it is absorbed. The skin is left soft, nourished and visibly smoother.

  5. Le’Spa hydrating body milk on the edge of a bath with aloe vera

    Firming mask

    20–30 min

    If desired, finish the treatment with a firming body mask, applied 3–4 mm thick and wrapped like a compress. Remove the mask once it has set; it is not reused.

Please note

  • Do not use the warming gel on areas with varicose veins, or on sensitive, irritated or allergic skin.
  • Do not use the cream or the oil during pregnancy and breastfeeding, or if you are sensitive to essential oils.
  • Wash your hands thoroughly straight after working with the warming gel, and avoid contact with the eyes.
