Privacy & Cookies
This page explains what data the lespa.bg website collects, why, and how you can exercise your rights. Last updated on 6 October 2026.
Who we are
The controller of your personal data is Azimut 6000 Ltd, Pomorie, Bulgaria — the maker of Le’Spa cosmetics. You can reach us through the contact form or by telephone on +359 893 445 005.
What data we collect
- The contact form: your name, email, telephone (optional) and the content of your message. We use them solely to reply to your enquiry.
- Statistics (Google Analytics 4): only if you have given consent — anonymous data about visits (which pages were viewed, on what device, approximate country). Without consent, Google Analytics stores no cookies.
- Technical data: the server records IP addresses and browser data in its logs for security and protection against abuse.
This website sells nothing and processes no payments. Le’Spa products are purchased in the online store azimuth-shop.eu, which has its own privacy policy.
Legal basis and retention
Data from the form is processed on the basis of your consent and our legitimate interest in replying to your enquiry, and is kept for up to 2 years after our last correspondence. Statistics are processed only on the basis of consent, which you may withdraw at any time.
Cookies
- ls_consent (in your browser) — remembers your cookie choice. Essential.
- _ga, _ga_* — Google Analytics 4, only with consent; up to 13 months.
- wordpress_*, wp-settings-* — for the site’s administrators only.
You can change your choice at any time through the “Cookie settings” link at the bottom of every page.
Recipients
Data is stored on servers of our hosting provider in the European Union. With your consent, statistical data is processed by Google Ireland Ltd. We do not share data with third parties for advertising.

You have the right of access, rectification and erasure of your data, the right to restrict processing and to object, and the right to lodge a complaint with the Bulgarian Commission for Personal Data Protection (cpdp.bg) or with the supervisory authority of your country.
